In 2022, as a result of my passion and curiosity for all people and all businesses, and with 20 years experience in recruitment and HR teams under my belt, I decided to do my own thing. I believe that with the right people, tools and mindset, success quickly follows. Humans are awesome. They motivate me every day to learn, discover and improve.

With 20 years experience i've worked in most industries and recruited all job levels, from Receptionist to CEO as well as volume hiring and start ups. I never met a role I didn't like...
My purpose is really simple; it's connection. There's a joy for me when I connect with other like minded others, either professionally or personally. That elusive cliche, the understanding, empathy and respect for people's careers and lives and a spark of excitement when you realise you can help each other in some small way. When I can also facilitate that connection for others it's an amazing feeling!
A few of my favourite things include my gorgeous dog and wellbeing assistant Ivy the whippet, my community and environment in bayside Melbourne, ocean swimming, yoga and cycling (novice and happy for tips!)
